Kirkland Sailing Club is a great low-cost way to enjoy sailing on the East Side of Lake Washington from our two locations at Homeport Marina and Carillon Point Marina as well as Shilshole Bay Marina on Puget Sound.

Members can reserve boats anytime of the week using our online booking system for their personal use with friends and family.

From beginners training with our certified instructors to racing and offshore cruising, we cater to all levels of experience.

Required Qualifications

Member candidates should possess one of the following credentials:

• Basic Keelboat with Kirkland Sailing Club
• Basic Keelboat with another US Sailing school plus a 1-hour checkout for $125
• ASA both 101 & 103 plus a 1- hour checkout* for $125
• Experienced sailors without certifications can take the US Sailing Basic Keelboat Challenge test for $225 which provides a national standard credential by the governing body of sailing in the USA.

Kirkland Sailing Club Membership is limited in number and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot is reserved once we receive full payment and a completed membership agreement and waiver. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
