PARKING
Member parking is available in the 4000 building parking lot. You will need the key card from the lock box to both enter AND exit from the parking lot.
There is limited time parking in the surface lot next to the marina- check the signs for seasonal changes but typically it’s an hour in the main lot and 15 minutes in the unloading area next to the gate. Take a ticket at the barrier when you enter then show a gate key card to the attendant to let you out. Again, please don’t drive off with the key card!
The vendors will also stamp your card for free two hour parking in the public areas if you make a purchase with them.
MARINA ACCESS
KSC has four slips (A4,C5,E30,E32) at Carillon Point Marina in Kirkland. To access the marina, you will find an electronic lockbox at the A gate entrance, next to the parking lot turning circle and also at E gate, a little further to the south. The lockbox opens using the Masterlock application on your smartphone in the same way as the padlocks on the boats.
Inside the lock box you will find an access card that opens the gate as well as a discount card that can be used at any of the vendors in the facility. Please don’t take the access card with you on the boat! Open the gate and return the key card to the lock box- you only need a card to get in, you can exit the marina gate without a key card.
